Your use of this website is governed by the terms and conditions set forth below (the “Terms of Use”). Please read them carefully. Tahoe Grill Rescue which owns this website and operates this website (collectively, “Company,” “we” or “us”), reserve the right to change this website and these Terms of Use at any time without notice to you by posting such changes to this website.

Cleaning, Grilling and Barbecue Acknowledgements

When booking your cleaning online we will do our best to give you your preferred cleaning time. We will contact you to confirm your cleaning date and time and if needed schedule another mutually acceptable date and time.

You understand the price of our services does not include replacement parts or labor to perform repair services unless otherwise specified in writing from us.

You understand that when cleaning, repairing or handling barbecues, especially older, well used, and neglected ones, that there may be parts that are rusted and corroded. Unfortunately these parts may disintegrate, break or fall apart from the slightest touch. Care will be given to avoid this however you agree we are not responsible for any damage done to these parts.

You understand that some parts of your barbecue may contain burn marks or grease that are stained and cannot be removed. While your grill will be cleaned and scrubbed some stains cannot be removed.

If the grill/appliance is in non-functioning or unsafe condition we will perform consult the client as to necessary and suggested repairs so that they can decide a best coarse of action.

You understand that if we come out and find rodent or Wasp/Hornet infestation that a seperate charge of berween $200 and $400 will be added to the bill for removal if is within our scope of ability, severe infestations may require a specialist. Infestation is defined here as a nest, hive, or burrow, or having used your equipment as a shelter or living space.

Deposits and payments:

Unless otherwise agreed to by an authorized representative of the Company, in writing, in advance:

We collect a $100-$200 deposit depending on service choice, when the customer books service which is credited toward the final bill. If the customer is not home or not available to pay, we will charge the payment card on file after the completion of service. Payment for services rendered is always due upon completion of a grill cleaning. All sales are final.

Deposits are non refundable. We do allow for up to 3 reschedules within one year at the clients request, reschedules must be requested no sooner than 72 hours from the time of your scheduled service to avoid being charged the service fee. We very much want you to have your service and can make reasonable accommodations, we also need to be sure that we're constantly not filling our schedules with excessive cancellations.
