Our Process

Safety First:

We begin every deep clean with a full safety inspection and functionality test. Misaligned or loose parts effecting functionality will be realigned and retested as part of our deep clean service.

Protection:

We then cover and protect surrounding surfaces, including your deck or patio. We are there to clean after all.

Deep Clean:

This is where we make it really happen. We disassemble your grill or smoker, gently, and degrease and disinfect all of the systems. We remove the grill grates and warming rack, the Flavorizers, the burners, heat plates/tents down to the manifold. We pull the control knobs and get to the valves, venturi tubes and the regulator. The main firebox and cook chambers are vacuumed out and scrubbed down thoroughly along with any vents or stacks.parts get disinfected with super hot steam before being reassembled and tested again for functionality.

Most of the time a deep clean will restore a grill or smoker to full functionality. The grease, charred food bits, and droppings that were clogging up the works gets flushed out, the gas and smoke is free to do what its supposed to. When we dp come across parts that can not be brought back to functional we catalog them in the Safety Test and Functionality Report along with an estimate for repair before we do anything so that you can decide the best coarse of action.
